Our team are experts in working with both engineered and natural stone. We work alongside stone & design businesses on large scale commercial and residential projects. We look to provide our expertise in the installation of stone and pride ourselves on our workmanship and ability to get the job done. Our masons are site safe certified, and are equipped to provide an outstanding level of service.

Our Team

Shane Mareroa – Managing Director

Shane has been working within the construction / industrial sector for the past 15 years. He has experience managing businesses and projects that require high volumes of skilled staff across a range of industry sectors. He currently has a team of 500 staff working across Construction, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors. An opportunity to work with close friends in the stone industry led to the start of Stone Solutions.

RJ Kairua – Project Director

RJ is an experienced project manager and has worked in the stone industry for the past 7 years. He has installed stone on some of New Zealand’s most high value stone projects. RJ is hands on working with our clients every step of the way to ensure we deliver a quality result.

Mo Delamere – Operations Director

Mo is responsible for managing our team of skilled installers and will ensure that our staff are ready to deliver on your project. Mo is currently running teams of stone installers on several well-known developments throughout New Zealand.
